Service Description

Muscle energy technique which tests the strength and weakness of muscles at either areas of tension/limited mobility/flexibility or injury and then strengthens and conditions them. can be added to Sports therapy or as a stand alone treatment if an area causing pain or limited movement needs specific treatment for the duration of the appointment.
