PLRT, is a gentle form of hypnotherapy, accessing memories and experiences that are normally hidden in your subconscious mind. guided into a quiet and peaceful state, age regression memories or those of previous lifetimes can be accessed. PLRT can help you to explore unresolved emotions which you have carried through to this lifetime, creating fears or beliefs which you have been unable to explain or change. Identify physical ailments which may be remnants of past life experience, manifesting as physical symptoms in this life. Sessions can be done over zoom if you are physically unable to attend.
